Aqueous enzymatic oil extraction is without a doubt a rising time in the fat and oil endeavor since it offers numerous favorable circumstances compared with conventional extraction. Sesame seeds are mainly used for their high oil content. They have a high polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) content.  Total 39 bacterial strains were isolated from oil contaminated soil samples and out of 39, 25 bacterial strains were showed potential for oil extraction from sesame cake. VCS 8 extracted maximum oil (12.81%) from sesame cake. VCS 8 was identified on the basis of gram staining, biochemical tests and 16SrRNA sequencing. VCS8 was identified as Bacillus sefansis.
